Case Study 1 Client: Collaborative Technology Vendor Activity: Current Location: Europe (London, Frankfurt, Milan and Paris) Global Revenue: $100m Type of Search: Retained Placements to date: 16 (senior sales, marketing manager, sales director, Int Product Manager, Int. Alliance Director, MD Europe) The client has existing operations in London providing an on-demand collaborative technology solution to enterprise and financial institutions. The initial concern was that client had a high attrition rate and were failing to achieve revenue targets in EMEA. Upon engagement BBP were able to offer a unique recruitment solution that ultimately led to the successful expansion of the sales and marketing team which eventually contributed to company’s benchmark $1m+ monthly sales revenue.
